Alongside exhibitions, Root Gallery works with artists on installations created for specific spaces and architectural environments. These works often respond directly to scale, light, movement and the character of a building, ranging from suspended installations and wall-based works to sculptures developed for indoor or outdoor settings.
Some installations are existing works, while others begin as conversations around a particular site or project. Depending on the space, works can be adapted or developed in close collaboration with artists, architects, collectors and project teams.
