Ain't No Love by Saïd Kinos

Ain't No Love by Saïd Kinos
By Saïd Kinos
180 × 160 cm, 2026
Acrylic on linen
Saïd Kinos transforms language into a striking visual composition. In this painting, oversized letterforms overlap and interlock across a luminous silver ground, forming a dense, almost architectural structure. The words are only partly legible; their scale, rhythm and shifting shadows take over from reading. Against the restrained palette, vivid yellow-green marks bring a sharp, unexpected energy to the surface.
Working at the intersection of graffiti, graphic design and contemporary art, Kinos has developed a distinctive approach to what he calls post-typography. Here, language is both image and material: familiar forms are reconstructed until they move between communication and abstraction.
Personal delivery and installation within the Netherlands and Belgium are included with this work.
