Acrylic, collage on wood

Saïd Kinos’s Signal layers painted typography over a collage on wood. Large blue-grey and charcoal forms come forward from the surface, while fragments of the printed material beneath remain faintly visible. The work holds a tension between clarity and concealment: the eye recognises the structure of letters, yet the message stays open. Kinos’s post-typographic approach shifts attention from reading alone to the way language occupies space, colour and form.
