Noah Arends is a visual artist whose work balances stylish monumental objects with playful, characteristic images. By collecting fashion photographs, Arends creates compositions that are scanned, digitally edited, and printed on textiles. These prints, naturally limp and shapeless, are then given three-dimensional form by being stretched over frames or wooden sculptures.
